AI Engineering Studio · London

Real AI.
In real products.

Artificial Integration is a two-person engineering studio for ambitious ecommerce brands and the agencies that serve them. We design and ship production AI — pipelines, integrations, Shopify apps, and bespoke backend systems that work in the wild, not just in decks.

Services

We work with founders, agencies, and product teams who need real engineering — not WordPress plugins, ChatGPT wrappers, or no-code workarounds.

01

AI pipeline development

Production-grade AI: data ingestion, structured prompting, model orchestration, output validation, cost control. Built for reliability, not demos.

02

Shopify apps & themes

Custom Shopify apps, theme architecture, OAuth integrations, webhook systems, and storefront engineering for ambitious ecommerce brands.

03

Backend & APIs

REST APIs, auth systems, signed URL infrastructure, webhook receivers, and service integration on modern edge platforms.

04

Technical advisory

Architecture reviews, AI strategy, system audits. For founders or teams who need senior input without a full hire.

Case studies

Three production systems shipped end-to-end. Built on Cloudflare Workers, designed for solo-team velocity without sacrificing reliability.

When I Grow Up

Personalised AI children's book — print-on-demand

Founders' product

We designed and built a multi-service product pipeline end-to-end for our own consumer brand. Customers answer a short questionnaire on a custom Shopify storefront; the backend generates a unique 38-page illustrated book using Claude for story personalisation and fal.ai for character-consistent illustrations — then renders a print-ready PDF delivered via signed URL.

Approval Flow

Shopify app — customer proof approval workflow

Studio product

A Shopify app for merchants selling personalised or made-to-order products. Replaces the email back-and-forth that custom-product merchants do today: upload a proof against an order, send it to the customer via a signed link, and capture their approval or change request. Built end-to-end in TypeScript on Cloudflare Workers with full OAuth, webhook handling, HMAC verification, and email integration.

A two-person studio.
That's the whole point.

Artificial Integration is a two-person engineering studio based in London. We work directly with the people who hire us — no account managers, no project handoffs, no junior team doing the actual building.

We've shipped real products in production: AI pipelines, multi-service backends, Shopify storefronts, and bespoke apps. Our default is pragmatic decisions over theoretical purity, and shipping over architecting forever.

We're picky about what we take on. Two of us, one project at a time, fully embedded.
